We are a growing familyowned company dedicated to enhancing lives. With small intimate homes across Edina Bloomington Burnsville Eagan and Eden Prairie we offer a supportive environment where both residents and team members thrive.
Shifts Available:FullTime 7pm 7am working 2 shifts every week and every other weekend
Wage Range: $20.00 $22.00 (DOE & certifications)
What youll do each day as a Float Care Partner:
- Being flexible with daily house assignment as youll float between our 7 homes as needed for coverage (Bloomington Burnsville Eagan Eden Prairie & Edina)
- Help residents live with dignity and independence by assisting with personal care (bathing dressing grooming etc..
- Administer medications and assist with treatments under RN delegation.
- Monitor and report changes in residents health behaviors and conditions.
- Document care provided in RTasks our electronic charting system.
- Engage with residents Whether reading chatting or reminiscing your presence matters.
- Keep the home safe and welcoming Light housekeeping laundry and meal prep.
- Be ready for anything Recognize and respond to emergencies with confidence.

What we look for in a Float Care Partner (Qualifications):
- 1 year ofcare giving experience that includes use of hoyers &sitstandspreferably in an Assisted Living setting or nursing home
- Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and current insurance
- Ability to take initiative and use sound judgement in high pressure situations
- A heart for caring and a passion for helping others.
- Previous caregiving experience (preferably in assisted living).
- Dependability Ability to work a consistent schedule including every other weekend.
- Strong communication skills Must be able to read write and communicate effectively in English.
- Patience kindness and a willingness to be part of a team that supports each other.
- CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required
