Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Test Advisor to join our team and ensure the delivery of highquality project outcomes through structured testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams developers and stakeholders to design and implement test strategies manage test plans and oversee the full test lifecycle from planning to and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and plans for projects.

Collaborate with project managers and development teams to define testing objectives and scope.

Design and execute test cases including functional system integration regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify log track and manage defects and issues using appropriate tools.

Ensure all testing activities are aligned with project goals timelines and budget constraints.

Provide timely and accurate test reports status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Recommend improvements to existing processes and testing standards.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Mentor and support junior QA or testing staff as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project testing quality assurance or a similar role.

Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail HP ALM).

Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Excellent analytical problemsolving and attentiontodetail skills.
-
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
-
ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
