Role Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting a variety of functions across marketing sales customer service and administration in a dynamic B2B environment. This is an onsite position based at the companys headquarters in Winter Park. You will work closely with a dynamic team to drive marketing campaigns optimize workflows and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. New graduates with relevant administrative experience whether through work or internships are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- InHouse Coordination: Organize and streamline marketing sales and service workflows; manage digital files and optimize data; support the leadership team with administrative tasks and project deadlines.
- Marketing Support: Assist with event planning manage social media accounts coordinate photography and engage with influencers. Create ads campaigns and reports ensuring seamless with vendors and team members.
- Sales Support: Document sales processes manage store locator data set appointments for the CEO and research customer and product information. Contribute to sales reports and resource planning.
- Customer Support: Handle customer service inquiries provide technical assistance and coordinate community outreach programs.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings make travel arrangements document notarization and assist in internal moralebuilding activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business or a related field
- 1 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive cando attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a customerfirst mentality

QUALIFICATIONS A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (certifications in digital marketing or platforms like Google and Facebook are a plus) 3 5 years of experience in a similar role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for creative problem-solving Advanced skills and understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central Intermediate to advanced in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail) Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Analytics at a minimum ideally the Google Unified advertising and Analytics Platform Intermediate to advanced asynchronous communication skills via project management software like Asana Understanding and ability to work with marketing software such as Salesforce CRMs, Webflow page builders, automation tools and Mailchimp Advanced skills and understanding of social channels LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Posts, Amazon Live Advanced skills and understanding of Amazon s Advertising Platform PPC and DSP
