automobile / mass production manufacturing plants.
To improve & sustain the process improvements with MSIL
suppliers.
Working knowledge of different manufacturing processes like
stamping, welding, machining, casting, injection molding, assembly, forging,
painting/ plating processes.
Enrich / develop supplier s leadership for the lean capabilities
in the complete value stream.
Willing to work PAN India and should have his own vehicle for daily
commuting.
Essential Responsibilities:
Understand client s business flow in
terms of the bottleneck processes & its implications to the customer.
Communication and teaching skills for the counselling role is
essential.
Supports the team to develop and ensure that the improvements are visible
in the product line system.
Should be Conversant with 5s implementation, Standardized work, DWM,
Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Quick Changeovers, Kaizen approach.
Should have knowledge of Tools and techniques like MOST, Problem
solving techniques, 7 QC tools, Kanban.
Knowledge of TPM & TQM implementation.
Working exposure in Lean implementation projects will be preferred.
Exposure to QA process like PPAP, APQP, NPD, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
Exposure to vendor upgradation & QMS, EMS, EHS processes.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial
Engg, Manufacturing, Mechatronics) from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 4 years experience in
running production operations/ improvement activities as production head.
Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrated
interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively across functions; extensive experience
leading cross-functional teams.
