Sharpconta is seeking a detailoriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team in Austin TX. This is an entrylevel position ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a desire to build a career in accounting and client relationship management. The successful candidate will support our accounting team and assist clients with accountrelated inquiries and financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts and resolving accountrelated questions
Process invoices payments and basic financial records accurately
Prepare regular reports and documentation for internal and client use
Support senior account representatives in daily operations
Monitor client account activity and maintain accurate records
Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and professional service
Collaborate with the accounting team on audits and financial reviews
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Willingness to learn and grow within a fastpaced environment
