Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative / Duty Manager to join our onsite team at The Hub Hornby based in Christchurch.

This is a great role for someone looking to start a career in real estate management services or gain experience in a retail business environment. 

This is a fulltime role and working one weekend day will be required.  

The value youll add

  • Provide a high level of professional service to tenants owners and customers
  • Ensure customer requests are dealt with promptly
  • Ability to multitask
  • Duty Manager one day during the weekend overseeing the centre
  • Assist the team with drafting documents monitoring office systems and administrative processes monthly documents to be sent and collated
  • Ordering and managing supplies
  • Organising contractors to attend site
  • Input creditor invoices
  • Compile centre newsletter and memos
  • Assist with marketing events as required
  • Coordinate Health & Safety requirements to ensure compliance
  • Process sale of gift cards and rental equipment
  • Coordinate booking and invoicing for casual licenses
  • Support the Centre Management team as required

Qualifications :

  • Beginner to intermediate in Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to learn and master the propertybased software
  • Ability to work one day during the weekend
