As a Manager Business Finance you will have the opportunity to impact the financial success of Eastman through working with business leadership teams as well as developing and coaching high performing teams.
What you will be doing:
You will be the financial advisor/partner to business leaders
You and your team will be leading the financial forecasting process and strategic longterm planning
You will build and develop team capabilities providing decision support through financial modeling scenario analysis alternatives capital investments and cost savings
What it takes to be successful in this role:

Ability to develop trustbased relationships internally externally and with senior leaders
Build and inspire high performing teams to drive Eastmans growth

Qualifications
Although not required experience in the following is a plus:
Experience in the chemical industry
Power BI / Power Query / Power Pivot
The following is required for this role:
Accounting/Finance and/or MBA degree required (MBA preferred)
812 years of financial analysis and managerial experience to generally include:
Direct supervision
Project leadership
Comfortable working in crossfunctional teams
Excellent business judgment analytical and decisionmaking skills
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Application of financial acumen in decision support for specific business unit planning and performance
Long term forecasting and strategic modeling
