Job Description:
Total Quality Management
Support plants to drive ZERO DEFECTS PROGRAM along with a reduction in COPQ.
To handle customer complaints and satisfaction.
Handling inprocess inspection final inspection receiving inspection
Review analyze & controlled and nonconforming product and cost of poor quality. Taken necessary action to avoid reoccurrence of nonconformity.
Generation of various quality reports at a specified frequency.
Implementation of various quality tech.
Process Inspection Report and first piece inspection
Process and Product audit compliance as per plan
Layout Inspection audit compliance as per plan
Fault tree Analysis for phenomena killing
Preparation of QM Matrix
Jointly work with other support functions to resolve intershop / intercommodity part issue.
Audit inspection
To make Analysis of rejection/rework coming from the customer as well as their requirements
To control & monitoring of Quality Control Plan & Quality Alerts charts
Salary: 3.00 LPA
