Assessment Services is fast approaching one of our busiest times of the year with semester one exams just around the corner. We are seeking to employ enthusiastic and resultsdriven casual staff members to support online exams and provide in class student support.
Applicants must be technically minded and be able to explain technical concepts to students and staff in an exam setting.
You must also have an excellent eye for detail and meticulous in your record keeping.
You need to be available to work from the 12th to 30th of June and you will also need to be available to come in for training in late May/early June.
You will need to be confident using online systems and talking through processes to new and existing users. Youll also need great communication skills to manage queries with patience professionalism and confidence.

Please note: we are unable to hire anyone studying undergraduate degrees postgrad diplomas or masters here at the University of Auckland.
This is a casual role. The hourly rate for this role is $25.50 per hour.
