Get to Know the Role
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) youll manage complex crossfunctional programs that span Grabs Tech and Operational teams. Youll be the bridge between business and engineering ensuring seamless delivery of new features that enhance everyday experiences for our users. Youll define roadmaps guide delivery and improve processes using a datadriven approachall while embracing and championing Grabs culture and principles.
This role is based in Bangalore 3 days WFO)
You will report to Lead Technical Program Manager
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Drive roadmap planning and prioritization with Product Engineering Design QA Analytics and other functional leads.
- Advise on and navigate complex issues that span tech business and product domains.
- Own delivery for large crossorg programs and act as an advisor for a broader portfolio.
- Facilitate technical whiteboard sessions and remove blockers to keep projects moving.
- Collaborate with other TPMs to manage project timelines track progress and report statusensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve delivery efficiency.
- Manage crossfunctional communications and resolve executivelevel escalations with sound judgment.
Qualifications :
The Essential Skills You Will Need
- 38 years of handson program and delivery management experience preferably with a strong technical foundation.
- Strong background in managing projects related to cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
- Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
- Proven ability to work independently in dynamic settings juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile is a plus; however a flexible and proactive mindset is more valuable.
- Experience leading teams of Senior TPMs or advising on technical solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across geographies.
- Experience in product delivery is a bonus.
