The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic motivated and driven individual to join our fastpaced highperforming sales team! As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be focused on qualifying sales opportunities. You will often be the first point of contact with potential Yubico Business customers so making a good impression is critical.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
Daily integration with Salesforce to adopt accounts leads contacts and opportunities according to sales department best practices policies and procedures
Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
Conduct a large volume of inbound and outbound calls emails and social connections to customers and prospects to gather and share information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the companys products and services and respond to incoming inquiries
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments qualified leads new contacts etc.
Research accounts identify key players generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunities
Stay uptodate on industry trends and competition
Report to Team Lead EMEA APJ Sales Development
Basic Qualifications:
Detailoriented strong analytical skills with a high sense of urgency
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks
Able to take initiative maintain a positive attitude be selfmotivated and work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision
2 years of selling experience
Based in Stockholm
Fluent in English
Fluent in German
