The ERP project is a pillar of enabling exemplary corporate services functions which will provide a backbone of support for the entire Hospital. These services play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources to enable high quality care and ensuring Mackenzie Health complies with everchanging regulations. Corporate services transformation is at the forefront of the organizations priorities to create a more agile responsive and efficient system.
Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced individual to play a key lead role of the ERP project focusing on providing leadership guidance and expertise on the implementation of the payroll (payroll compensation benefits and pension) functionality of a new ERP system. As the Payroll Lead you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations and Payroll processing while implementing and optimizing the payroll systems.
The successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who will play a critical role in the overall success of the ERP implementation by ensuring existing and future payroll business needs are met and optimizing best practices. They will ensure that the payroll process and system continue to evolve and will enhance and maintain the ERP solution after golive. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
