Job Description
Role summary:
For our Ettlingen site we are looking for a Material Handler (M/F/T) at the earliest possible start date. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the material supply for the production and assembly departments.
We offer you a temporary role for 12 months.
Your tasks:
Product reception
- Handling various materials from orders and return deliveries
- Damage inspection
- Booking of incoming products and reception document assigment to the materials
- Handling delivery notes and shipping documents
- Packaging material management
Commissioning
- Production orders: delivering parts for the production and assembly departments; docuemnting system feedback
- Management of stock and movement requests
- Clarification of discrepancies
- Creating commission lists for spare parts
- Kanban filling
- Permanent inventory count
- Reporting discrepancies
- Dispatching tasks under supervision
Commodity
- Product reception booking warehousing and commissioning
Miscellaneous
- Warehousing with hand scanners
- Inventory organization
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics
- Successfully completed vocational training as a material handler
- Forklift driver certification
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Solid knowledge of SAP R/3 and the MS Office applications
- Flexibility ability to work in a team responsible behaviour
