Your Role as a Service Technician
As a ServiceTechnician youll play a vital role in keeping our apartment community running smoothly and looking its best. From preparing homes for new residents to ensuring everything is in top condition your work will directly impact resident satisfaction and community appeal.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Ensure our apartment homes are marketready and perform daily inspections.
- Complete resident work orders quickly and professionally.
- Perform general maintenance including painting plumbing carpentry drywall electrical and HVAC.
- Maintain pools by testing chemicals emptying skimmers and keeping logs.
- Conduct light electrical repairs such as appliances fixtures switches and outlets.
- Handle door locks rekeying and mailbox repairs.
- Keep up with preventive maintenance and document completed work.
- Assist in distributing important notices to residents.
- Rotate oncall shifts and support weekend maintenance needs as required.

What You Bring to the Team:
Previous maintenance experience preferred (but not requiredwere willing to train the right candidate!
Strong communication and time management skills
A teamfirst attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Availability for oncall rotations and weekend shifts
