Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer healthcare We are seeking an initiativetaking Category Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team working on within our Wellness Portfolio. As a Category Manager you will play a critical role in driving the success of our product categories.
Your Day to Day:
- Craft and execute innovative category strategies that propel business objectives and fuel growth.
- Delve into market trends decode consumer insights and outmaneuver competitors to uncover new opportunities.
- Forge powerful collaborations with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development ensuring seamless of category plans.
- Curate and manage product portfolios pricing and promotional strategies to optimize profitability and market dominance.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers retailers and customers becoming the trusted champion of our brand.
- Continuously monitor and analyze category performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for perpetual improvement.
Experience:
- Proven experience in category management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and market insight.
- Understand data sources ACNielsen/IRI IMS Circana Quantium and Shopper insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
