Job Overview
The Direct Marketing role at Sonafine Corporation is a fulltime midlevel position based in Delhi Noida or Gurgaon. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch head and other senior leadership to drive business development and growth strategies. The role involves both sales and marketing functions to ensure company growth with a focus on direct and field marketing. The ideal candidate should have up to 6 years of experience in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong ability in direct marketing essential for driving targeted campaigns and initiatives (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in field marketing to engage with local and regional markets effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in conducting market research to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated skills in lead generation to support sales objectives and pipeline development.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in frontline sales and marketing activities to promote a collaborative team culture.
- Proactively interact with existing and potential customers to meet sales marketing and profit targets.
- In collaboration with the Branch head devise and implement sales plans for revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities for fine paper in allocated regions.
- Retain existing customers while acquiring new ones.
- Manage sales and support processes within the assigned territory.
- Identify competitive threats and propose strategic actions to address market gaps.
- Develop and manage the dealer network for assigned territories.
- Plan work against objectives agreed with branch and regional business heads.
- Provide monthly reports on financial results forecasts and other key performance indicators.
