Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultoriented City Head for the NCR region to spearhead field sales operations for SalaryBox a leading B2B SaaS application. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills an aggressive approach to tracking daily input and output metrics and a proven ability to drive and sustain high performance in field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall sales strategy and ensure alignment with the companys goals and objectives in the NCR region.
Team Management: Recruit train mentor and lead a highperforming field sales team to achieve sales targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily input and output metrics to ensure consistent of sales strategies and address performance gaps proactively.
Client Acquisition: Oversee and drive new client acquisition efforts with a focus on building lasting relationships with B2B customers.
Market Penetration: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the NCR region by understanding the competitive landscape and market trends.
DataDriven DecisionMaking: Leverage analytics to make informed decisions track sales progress and optimize resource allocation.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing customer success and product to deliver value to clients and achieve business objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales performance market trends and team productivity to senior management.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in managing field sales teams for B2B SaaS products.
Skills: Proven ability to implement and manage aggressive sales strategies with a focus on measurable results.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a resultsoriented culture.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using sales data and analytics tools to monitor performance and make datadriven decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Location: Willingness to be based in Gurugram and travel across the NCR region as needed.
