Job Description

Summary: Noble Middle School is currently seeking a Head Coach for the Track & Field program to begin March 31st 2025. This is a seasonal stipend position with no additional health benefits.Required Qualifications and Charactertraits: Applicants must meet/be able to perform each essential duty listed below.Must possess a high school diplomaAt least 1 year of coaching experience in track and field preferably at the youth level. Consideration will be given to candidates with other levels of experience who can articulate why they would be successful in the position.Ability to create comprehensive practice plans that maximize student growth and provide opportunities for studentathletes to participate in an engaging challenging and rewarding way.Ability to hold high moral standards and be a rolemodel for our young studentathletes in both athletics and in the classroom.Excellent communication skills that allow for clear expectations to be provided to both athletes parents and administration.
