Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Dorking RH4
Salary: OTE 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a selfmotivated dynamic and conscientious Lettings Negotiator to forge a career within a longestablished highly professional local independent estate agent based in the Dorking area.
The right candidate will be smart wellpresented articulate persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your skill and ability.
The perfect candidate will currently be in Residential Lettings in the local area have an ARLA qualification and be looking to take the next step in their career.

Skills required for Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience in Residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- Good technical and legal knowledge
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Dorking area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
