Why be a Senior Retail Media Executive at THG
As Senior Retail Media Executive you will be responsible overseeing a portfolio ofbrand partnersglobal end toendpartnership marketingstrategy activated across the Beauty Media universe. The successful candidate will be able to own and improveourstrategy whilst analysing budgets buildingrelationshipsandcontinuing to evolveandimprove our offeringaligned to the global marketing calendar.
As a Senior Retail Media Executive youll:
- Implement funded marketing campaigns across beauty sites
- Provide marketing analytics for quarterly strategy meetings
- Manage pipeline and client relationships
- Assist Retail Media Senior Manager in activity and planning
- Lead commercial negotiations and legal contract negotiation
- Contribute to sales pitch materials and messaging
- Plan and execute retail media campaigns aligning with brand messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams and negotiate terms with UK retail partners
- Manage and allocate budgets for UK market dynamics
- Utilise analytics tools for insights and regular reporting
What Skills and Experience Do I Need
- Minimum 2 years of UKfocused retail media management
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry with marketing experience
- Organised detailoriented and processdriven
- Selfstarter digitally literate and highly presentable
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proven endtoend sales and marketing skills
- Proven experience in selling programmatic marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills for UKspecific data interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of ecommerce and online retail platforms
- Knowledge of the latest trends and retail media tech (Criteo LiveRamp Citrus)
- Preferred knowledge of the beauty industry not essential.
