Employment Litigation Associate Portland OR
Our client is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 24 years of experience to join their Portland office. This role offers a unique opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their litigation practice under the guidance of highly skilled mentors while working in a collaborative hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution including pleadings discovery depositions motion practice and mediations
- Advise clients on employment law compliance handbook development and training programs
- Provide daytoday counsel on employmentrelated legal challenges across various industries
- Utilize cuttingedge legal technology to deliver innovative client solutions
- Participate in client education programs and contribute to business development initiatives
Qualifications:
- 24 years of litigation experience with a strong interest in employment law
- Prior employment litigation experience is preferred but not required
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- A teamoriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration growth and client service
- Admission to the Oregon Bar is required
