Heres how a(n)Human Resources Studentfor our Seattleoffice contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Get exposure to the various areas of Human Resources including recruitment workforce diversity trainingprofessional development health & wellness and HR special projects and general administrative functions
- Assist with research coordination and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives
- Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives
- Assist the HR team with planning and executing Seattle District initiatives
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence reports and other documentation
- Undertake research projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Pursuing an associate or bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Behavior Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stated objectives while managing shifting priorities.
- Detail oriented and thorough.
- Works well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the US *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1B etc. for this position.
- 18 years of age or older
- Available to work in Bellevue WA full time from June to September.

The pay range for this position is $22 $24 per hour based on year in school.
