Job Title: Commercial VehicleSales Executive

Location: Covering Telford /Worcester / Hereford / Gloucester areas

Package: 28000 Base Salary bonus/commission OTE(uncapped) and Tax Efficient CompanyCar

Monday Friday only 8.30am 5.00pm.

The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be selling Vans in the TelfordWorcester Hereford and Gloucester regions. This is retail sales of vans ofvolumes of between 124 vans.

You will be required to work towards annual sales targetsto actively promote new sales within your agreed territory. You will beexpected to have the technical ability to demonstrate new vehicles products withinthe Van range as well as upselling financial and after sales products that ourclient offer.

Role Overview:


The chosen candidate will be integral to thedealerships success driving sales of vans to a diverse clientele. The roledemands a proactive approach to business development fostering longtermrelationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet theirunique needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Engage with customers to understand theirbusiness requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicleoptions.
Develop and maintain an indepth knowledge ofthe latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
Negotiate sales and close deals whileupholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the service parts andfinance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in promotional events andactivities to expand the dealerships market presence.

Skills & Experience Required:


Proven track record in commercial vehiclesales i.e. vans but they can consider people with a car sales background whowould be interested in moving across to van sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment todelivering excellence.
Full UK driving licence.
