Job Description
- The Senior CI/HUMINT Collector/PM is responsible for the overall management and coordination of matters pertaining to contract requirements and will be expected to lead the contractor team at NEIC and make recommendations to improve current processes.
- Provide the 4 of 8 COR with a monthly status report(s) to include individual hours worked; tasks accomplished aligned to the PWS; and funding status update that includes but is not limited to funds expended funds remaining and if applicable estimate of funds that will be unexecuted after the performance period.
- Provide a yearly travel plan utilizing the existing budget; and endorse and forward travel claims as a part of the monthly report.
- Minimum of seven 7 years of CI/HUMINT collection experience and a minimum of four 4 years of PM related experience.
- Recent knowledge within the last five 5 years of relevant CI/HUMINT operations
- Certification: Minimum of a U.S. Government Military Source Operations (MSO) category II certification or higher and required graduation from the Marine Air Ground Task Force Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (MAGTF CI/HUMINT) course in order to assist the NEIC Training Officer in matters related to the training and assessment of IETs and the core capabilities of CI/HUMINT and intelligence analysis.
