Job Description
LOCATION: Pinckney Community High School
STARTING DATE: August 2025
CONDITIONS: Contract Employment through SafeEd
Placement per Extra Curricular Stipend Schedule as
outlined in the Pinckney Education Association Master Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive knowledge of volleyball and previous playing experience.
- Ability to work well with student athletes in order to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience.
- Previous volleyball coaching experience with school age students.
- Ability to select and train student athletes and foster their development.
- Serves as a role model to student athletes both on and off the course.
- Ability to place the appropriate emphasis on STUDENT athlete.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students parents and appropriate staff regarding team procedures organization and expectations and student athlete issues.
- Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes and resolve conflicts in a positive productive manner.
