Job Description
Who You Are:
You are an IT security professional with a strong background in protecting and managing information systems. You have experience designing implementing and managing security tools and measures to safeguard data systems and networks. You are comfortable handling IT system issues from authentication and access control to general troubleshooting. You are detailoriented proactive and capable of managing both security and IT operations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

What Youll Do:
- Design implement and manage security tools and measures to protect data systems and networks.
- Develop implement and maintain security policies procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to suspicious activity and potential threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Respond to security and IT incidents perform investigations and recommend remediation measures.
- Manage and maintain security systems including firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and antivirus software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Administer and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to maintain compliance across employee devices.
- Serve as the point of contact for IT systemrelated issues including access control authentication and general troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to staff on security best practices and IT processes.
- Maintain and manage GSuite and other essential business applications.
- Stay current with emerging security trends threats and technologies to enhance the companys security posture.
What You Have:
- 3 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity roles with handson experience in designing implementing and managing security tools.
- Strong knowledge of security principles protocols and technologies.
- Handson experience with security tools and technologies (e.g. firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM and antivirus software).
- Proficiency in network and system administration.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage IT support across a remote working environment and diverse time zones.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining GSuite and other business applications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) for automation of security and IT tasks.
