Delivery Manager
Experience Required: 7 years
Sunflower Lab is a leading USbased software development company. We are looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara Gujarat as Delivery Manager. Our current team strength is 140 and we have completed 300 projects and counting. Our widerange capabilities have opened up horizons for us to create products and services for sectors like Health Care Finance Real Estate Manufacturing Telecommunication Oil & Gas Event & Entertainment etc.
Sunflower Lab is currently looking for extremely smart and talented people to join our team in Vadodara Gujarat. The selected individuals will be part of the full process from beginning to production.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with crossdiscipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their .
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting postproject evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to lead diverse teams and deliver projects on time.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience in IT or ERP project management; familiarity with ERP implementation is a plus.
- Budget management experience is an added advantage.
