What is my challenge
Were seeking an experienced and techsavvyTechnical Copywriter with a deep understanding of platform engineering DevOps cloud infrastructure and an interest in sustainable IT practices. In this role you will create clear impactful content that communicates Cycloids unique value boosts engagement and enables customers to get the most from our platform. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to produce content including product documentation website product pages copy technical blog posts case studies and instructional videos.

- Content Creation: Develop and maintain highquality engaging and accurate content for Cycloids product pages tech blog documentation and other customerfacing resources.
- Product Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation that guides users through product features new updates and platform capabilities ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Technical Writing: Craft clear detailed and jargonfree technical content on topics such as DevOps Platform Engineering Cloud Infrastructure FinOps and GreenOps.
- Video and Multimedia: Collaborate with the team to script storyboard and create product demos tutorial videos and webinars to communicate product capabilities and features effectively.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and apply best practices for readability accessibility and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Engineering and Marketing teams to align content with Cycloids branding tone and mission.
What should I bring to the table
- Experience: 3 years in technical writing or technical content creation ideally within DevOps cloud or platform engineering domains.
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of platform engineering cloud infrastructure DevOps principles FinOps and/or GreenOps with a knack for translating complex technical information into accessible language.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy; ability to adapt tone based on the audience.
- Multimedia: Experience with video production including scripting and storyboarding is a plus.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to gather information from technical teams and translate it into customerfocused content.
- Tools: Familiarity with CMS platforms video editing tools and basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
