Job Title: Senior Director Federal Sales IC
Location: Herndon VA USA
Essential Functions will include:
- Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
- Highly motivated driven & resultsoriented
- Risk taking is expected and desirable
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Management of the US Intelligence Managers including recruitment skills development coaching appraisals and performance management
- Grow net new and existing business within the territory
- Lead Territory Account Managers in messaging our value proposition to customers based on validated customerspecific needs
- Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners
- Drive the business planning process within the region
- Ensure all Territory Account Managers are integrated into the process and building their own business plans
- Up to 40 flexible travel
- Report progress against business plan to VP
- Work closely with other internal functions including Inside Sales Channel Marketing Sales Engineering Product Management and Technical Support
Qualifications:
- BS technical degree or equivalent handsonexperience
- Information Technology or Cyber Security experience preferred but not required
- 5 years of above quota sales experience and at least 5 years of Sales Management experience preferably within US Intelligence.

A reasonable estimate of the ontarget earnings (OTE) for this role is between:
$309400..00 USDThe actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates unique experience locale and business needs. In addition to the OTE Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO a 401k match and contribution to healthcare coverages.
