You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Commercial Excellence Specialist will provide comprehensive back office support to the field sales teams. This position involves managing customer interactions maintaining accurate sales documentation and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
What You Will Do:
Provide support to the sales teams by preparing and processing quotes efficiently.
Maintain and update all sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Independently manage requests from the sales team within a shared mailbox.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role preferably within a shared service center environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English. Other EU languages (mainly German French Spanish or Italian) are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Konowledge of tools such as SAP PowerPlatform SharePoint and PowerBI is a plus.
Attributes: Detailoriented proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset. Willingness to travel occasionally and interact with sales teams.
