Our ideal Customer Experience team member has excellent communication skills is passionate about helping others and serves as an ambassador for the POLYWOOD brand.
Pay:
$1820 p/h (based on experience)

About the Role:
Are you motivated customerfocused and thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment As a Customer Experience Specialist youll be the voice of POLYWOODresponding to inquiries solving problems and ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via email and chat delivering timely and professional responses.
- Provide detailed product information including pricing availability and recommendations.
- Process orders returns and warranty claims with precision and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and fulfill customer needs.
What Were Looking For:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Comfort using computer programs and navigating systems efficiently.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:
- FullTime Work in Peak Season:
- 40 hours per week during the Spring and Summer.
- 0 hours per week in the OffSeason (Fall and Winter).
- Peak Season Perks:
- Holiday Pay for Memorial Day and Independence Day.
- Annual merit increase in your hourly pay rate every year you return.
- Welcome Back Bonuses:
- $500 Bonus on your first paycheck of the season to celebrate your return.
- $500 Bonus on your fourth paycheck to end the month on a high note.
- Before You Go Bonus:
- $1000 Bonus on your last paycheck of the Peak Season to ease the transition into the OffSeason.

Fulltime during peak season 40 hours per week) and 24 hours per week during the offseason (TuesdayThursday) with additional pay for an extra day worked each week. This option offers yearround employment with full benefits and flexibility. - POLYWOOD Interval Flexpath:
Fulltime work during peak season (spring and summer) with time off during the offseason. This path includes yearround insurance coverage and bonuses such as a $1000 Thank You bonus at the end of the season and a $1000 Welcome Back bonus when you return. - POLYWOOD Seasonal Opportunities:
Seasonal positions are available during peak season for shortterm work with flexible hours providing a great option for those who dont need yearround employment. - POLYWOOD PartTime Flexibility:
SHIPPING DEPARTMENT ONLY. Shipping offers 4 or 6 hour shifts for those looking for flexible parttime work during the peak season.
