You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin our team at the Milton Head Office where youll take the lead in coaching and guiding our Customer Experience Agents to excel in both sales and customer service. In this dynamic role youll oversee staff during shifts manage workloads and ensure smooth queue operations. Youll also play a key part in resolving conflicts helping to achieve first-call resolution and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
Relevant experience performing in a leadership role in a quality focused customer sales and service in a call centre environment.
Naturally you will have a well-developed telephone manner outstanding organisational skills attention to detail and high-level verbal and written communication skills.
Track record of delivering targeted KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Suites
