Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 34 years of experience. Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels & teams in multiple market environments. Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
