Development Manager Church Street Eccles
Location: Eccles Manchester
Salary: Around 40000
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Summary:
The Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the full management of a designated residential building. Acting as the primary interface between clients and tenants this role ensures the highest standards of building management compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance operations
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and risk assessments
Manage budgets and service charge accounts
Coordinate contractors and monitor work quality
Handle lease breaches and tenant disputes
Attend client meetings and provide regular reports
Supervise and support the Assistant Development Manager if applicable
Requirements:
Experience in residential property management
Strong financial and budget management skills
Ability to liaise effectively with tenants and stakeholders
Excellent problemsolving and organisational skills
