CRM Segmentation & Strategy Develop and manage audience segmentation based on customer behaviour and insights using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Paid Media & Data Activation Build and optimise CRM audience filters to support paid media campaigns and boost return on ad spend.
Data Analysis & Insights Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing Performance Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Compliance & Data Privacy Ensure all CRM activities adhere to data protection laws (GDPR CCPA etc. while maintaining data integrity.
24 years of experience in database/segment management with a strong understanding of customer data and performance tracking.
CRM expertise with platforms like Salesforce HubSpot or similar.
Strong analytical mindset you can interpret data and turn insights into action!
Detailoriented & highly organised with excellent communication skills.
A passion for enhancing customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
Experience in the leisure travel or entertainment industry is a plus!
