Through this Sartorius can provide efficient service on time with more clarity through process thereby gaining maximum Customer Satisfaction.

Service and spares order processing
Service contract creation
Service billing
Maintain good coordination with Commercial Operation team
Coordinate with Field service team
Service calls registration and updation in the system
Daily / Weekly / Monthly/ Yearly reports
Document orders / invoices / reports
New vendor registration
Account receivables follow ups with key customers
What will convince us
Bachelor in any stream with 2 Experiences
Experience with customer support functions
Ability to take ownership of the processes
Independent mature and selfdriven
French mandatory. Good English in written and verbal communication. Another language such as Spanish or Italian would be a plus.
Experience in SAP (Service Module) and any Field service Management Software would be a plus
