Job Description
The Fairway Inn & Suites formerly known as Par 5 Resort is now under new owners and new management and we are excited to add new team members to the resort! This property offers guestsoffers breathtaking views picturesque fairways and a unique location in Mishicot WI. which is just 35 minutes away from Green Bay!

Ideal candidates for this role will have prior setup or hospitality/event experience the ability to provide exceptional service the ability to work independently and the ability follow event layout plans to set up tables chairs serving stations etc. as needed. This position has the potential to be scheduled between the hours of 6am and 11pm availability for weekends and holidays is required based on the various schedule of events.
We are seeking a reliable individual to work as a Banquet Set Up team member to ensure set up and break downs are done in accordance with the work order for each event.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
- Ability to lift push pull 25 lbs. or more frequently
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Taskdriven individual who is able to focus on ensuring of the completion of each events work order.
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a composed gracious and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the set up and break down process for each events work order
- Accommodate and anticipate guests needs respond promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper use storage and maintenance of AV equipment and banquet room items.
- Assists with all aspects of banquet services as needed.
- Process and collect payments accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization.
This position is subject to a background check as it relates to the role.
