Job Description
Responsible for selling organizing and monitoring banquet functions. Schedule staff for functions and evaluate banquet service and set-up staff. Maintain payroll and gratuity records. Coordinate menus and other banquet function details with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate billing arrangements for banquet functions.

Coordinate menu and other details of banquet function with client to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china glassware silverware equipment and uniforms.
Negotiate billing arrangements and payment collection for banquet functions.
Interact and coordinate details with other departments.
Qualifications :
- Must be 21 years old.
- Prior experience in the same or similar position preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in standard computer software applications.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
