Job Description
- Worked or able to learn quickly to work on Computerized Maintenance Management System (Example: IFS10
- Development of Work Instructions for Various Maintenance activities.
- Development of Work template Tasks (WTTs) for various corrective Maintenance Modification Jobs.
- Preparing PMR tool kits in coordination with Equipment Manager/Engineer and submitting for Global Approval Process.
- Development of Maintenance Job Planning through Work orders with 8 weeks Look Ahead Plan.
- Close coordination with Warehouse Manager to check/making Materials available through 8 weeks look ahead plan and preparing the WOs with all required Materials.
- Conducting/Participating in Weekly meetings with Maintenance Planning Manager and Equipment Managers to update Maintenance plans Backlog Works and Planning critical jobs as per guidance received.
- Preparation of Material Pick list and submitting to warehouse for issuance before job due dates.
- Coordination with Ops. Planning Team to get Maintenance windows as per WOs Prepared.
- Scheduling of Work orders (PM/CM/MOD) as per Available Maintenance Windows
- Manpower Planning as per Scheduled Jobs.
