Job Summary
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking Full Time Caregivers to provide assisted living and memory care to the resident population in our Santee California facility. This is a fulltime hourly position that pays $16.25 $18.50 an hour.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
Support residents in accordance with individual care plans
Deliver compassionate resident care with dedication to excellence
Attend staff meetings to ensure uptodate information is communicated
Listen to and document residents feedback and ensure communication with their families and healthcare providers
Perform housekeeping duties
Requirements
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to complete detailed documentation
