W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Welcome Desk Manager. Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms this integral role will drive a guestoriented mindset amongst the team and lead by example. You will support the team in creating Whatever/Whenever moments for our guests and continuously striving for service that goes above and beyond. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Performing daytoday duties with passion and charisma whilst demonstrating outstanding communication skills;
- Driving Ws Whatever Whenever Culture and Bonvoy Loyalty program;
- Assists the Welcome and Whatever Whenever Managers with all aspects of Rooms Division operations including business decisions and following W brand guidelines;
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the Welcome Desk;
- Ensures high standards of service that maximizes guests satisfaction;
- Extensive knowledge of guest services procedures financial procedures and payment processes;
- Establishes challenging realistic and obtainable goals to guide operation and performance;
- Utilises interpersonal and communication skills to lead influence and encourage others;
- Advocates sound financial/ business decision making; demonstrates honesty and integrity.
