Position Summary
The Group Manager will lead the Operations part of the Design & Marketing Solutions within the Global Solution Center India (GCC). This role is responsible for driving operations service delivery and people management across this domain. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction ensure operational excellence and foster innovation while managing crossfunctional teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee the endtoend delivery of design and marketing solutions within the GSC
- Design and Implement operational structure to drive global transitions
- Ensure highquality service delivery meeting business KPIs and SLAs
- Drive process optimization automation and efficiency improvements across functions
- Implement governance frameworks to monitor performance and compliance
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
2. Leadership & People Management
- Build develop and lead a highperforming team
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning
- Provide coaching mentoring and career development opportunities
- Drive employee engagement retention and talent development strategies
3. Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the solutions roadmap in alignment with GSC and Global business goals
- Identify and implement new capabilities tools and technologies to enhance service offerings
- Drive cost optimization and value creation for the business
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape longterm strategy
4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the GSC and global business teams
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business impact
- Ensure seamless integration of solution within the broader enterprise framework

Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in design & marketing solutions with at least 5 years in People Management role managing a team of 15 employees
- Experience in managing GCC operations and transitions or leading global teams is preferred
- Strong expertise in service delivery business transition and operational efficiency
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a multinational environment
- MBA or equivalent preferred
