Location:Madrid Spain (Officepresenceexpected at minimum 2 days per week)
About the role:
Working in partnership with our client who is a leading Alcoholic Beverage Company with offices in Madrid the Senior Account Manager will manage endtoend processes on projects directly with the client and our internal and offshore creative team.

What you will be doing:
- Overall ownership of digital creative and adaptation projects from brief to fulfilment
- Manage the endtoend processes around our inhouse and offshore design teams
- Work independently with the supervision Account Director to agree and create timing plans and estimates within our internal operational system
- Update and communicate progress to clients
- Work with Project Manager to schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source offshore talents where necessary
- Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget
- Establish relationships with local clients and be the main point of contact for queries or issues
- Work closely with Account Manager and Account Director to identify new business opportunities
What you need to be great in this role:
- 6 years experience of managing campaigns in a creative or production agency
- Strong proven account and project management skills and experience
- Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports
- Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
- Have a positive cando outlook willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
- ProficiencyinSpanish&Englishisas we are a global business.
- Team management experience is a big advantage
Please note that this is a 6month maternity leave cover with the possibility of extension until the end of the year.
