We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of educational practices a passion for teacher development and excellent communication skills. As an Instructional Coach you will work closely with teachers to enhance their instructional practices improve student outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Planning with Teachers as Partners: Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement effective instructional strategies aligned with curriculum standards and student needs.Professional Development: Provide ongoing professional development sessions and workshops to support teachers in implementing best practices in instruction assessment and classroom management.Coaching and Mentoring: Offer oneonone coaching and mentoring sessions to teachers providing constructive feedback guidance and support to enhance their teaching skills and confidence.Data Analysis and Assessment: Analyze student data to identify trends strengths and areas for growth and assist teachers in using data to inform instruction and assessment practices effectively.Lesson Plan Development: Assist teachers in developing engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.Model Lessons When Appropriate: Demonstrate effective teaching strategies through model lessons and coteaching opportunities showcasing best practices for classroom instruction.Create Teaching Material for Educators: Develop and curate instructional resources materials and tools to support teachers in delivering highquality instruction and meeting the needs of all learners.Sharing Ideas for Differentiating Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to explore and implement strategies for differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.Provide training and support to teachers on how to use technology tools and the districts data and learning management system effectively.
