Job Summary:
ListingNaples a top producing real estate team in Naples Florida is seeking a Full Time REALTOR to join our dynamic and successful team. This is a commission only sales position with the potential to earn $100000 per year. This role will require an individual who is highly driven has exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients with their real estate needs.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various methods including networking cold calling and attending events
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide exceptional service
Conduct market analyses and provide clients with accurate and uptodate information
Assist clients with buying selling or renting properties in the Naples area
Coordinate and attend property viewings and open houses
Negotiate contracts and transactions on behalf of clients
Stay updated on market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations
Build and maintain a strong professional network to support business growth
Requirements:
A valid REALTOR license in the state of Florida
No prior real estate sales experience required!
Strong networking and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in using technology and real estate software
Knowledge of the Naples real estate market
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred
