Job Title: Divisional Finance Manager Packaging
Visyis powering the circular economy closing the loop between packaging remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years weve grown to 7000 employees and 150 global operations predominately in Australia and New Zealand.
Webelieve materials are not recycled until theyve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper cardboard glass plastics and metals from households and businesses and locally remanufacture them back into new sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes water bottles and jam jars to food and beverage cans we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealands food and beverage packaging industry.
Role Details:
Reporting to the General Manager Finance Packaging this role is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and reporting functions across Packaging. The role ensures efficient accurate and timely financial reporting forecasting and budgeting processes while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies. Additionally it serves as a key liaison with IT and other stakeholders to enhance and optimise reporting tools and business intelligence systems.
What youll do:
Preparation maintenance and oversight of daily weekly and monthly management reporting coordination and of rolling forecasts annual fullyear forecasts budgets and fiveyear strategic plans. Serve as the liaison with IT to optimize and improve financial reporting and planning systems. Conduct financial accounting audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards. Assist in financial presentations and business performance reviews.
What you will bring to the team:
- Tertiary qualification in Finance / Business or related discipline with CPA/CA qualification or equivalentMinimum 8 years experience in financial planning and reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in SAP Hyperion and Financial modeling tools
- Experience in manufacturing corporate finance or recycling industries
- Familiarity with Packaging a business environment
- Excellent analytical numerical and verbal reasoning skills
- Strong organisational and prioritization capabilitiesand a proactive and solutionsfocused approach
