Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL 2025 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTSAdministrative Assistants are needed to work AT Brockton High School for the Academic Summer Programs High School Summer School and Rising 9th Humanities and STEM Camp. Positions are contingent upon funding and adequate student enrollment.Both programs will run from June 30th through July 31st with the exception of July 3rd and 4th.All administrative assistant positions begin 30 minutes before the start of the program and end 30 minutes after the program closure.The programs and job related work hours are as follows:1.Humanities and STEM Camp (grade 8 8:00 12:002.Summer School (grades 912 7:00 12:00)Administrative Assistants will assist with the recruitment and registration processes by communicating with families and collecting required documentation. (up to 10 hours).QUALIFICATIONS:1.This position requires a wellorganized selfmotivated individual with strong attention to detail.2.Bi/multilingual staff preferred (Haitian Creole Spanish Portuguese French Cape Verdean Crioulo etc. 3.Ability to communicate in a courteous efficient and professional manner in dealing with personnel and the public. 4.Thorough knowledge of standard office procedures and practices. 5.Appropriate office skills including use of all Microsoft Office modules Infinite Campus and Frontline systems.6.Ability to plan organize and follow through on complex duties; ability to prioritize tasks and develop work plans to complete tasks with minimal supervision and in a timely manner. 7.Ability to meet deadlines as required by the program Supervisor(s).8.Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to students files parents documents and other schoolrelated information.9.Must have excellent organizational oral and written communications skills.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Assume all clerical responsibilities including the collection of high school summer school tuition for high school summer school.2.Support program supervisors3.Answer phones and assist parents4.Track student attendance5.Support the timely submission of payroll6.Support required evaluations and data collection7.Must commit to work the entire length of the program and attend training8.Other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent 612 and the program supervisorsCompensation: $40.00/hour Funding source: Local
