Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical assistance to computer users offering prompt and courteous support to address inquiries and resolve computerrelated issues either in person via telephone or electronically demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
Answer questions and troubleshoot computer problems for clients utilizing a combination of technical knowledge and problemsolving abilities to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and provide guidance on the use of computer peripherals and applications.
Assist users with computer hardware and software including tasks such as printer setup software installation troubleshooting word processing and email applications and providing guidance on operating systems ensuring that users can effectively utilize their computing resources.
Collaborate with senior support specialists and IT staff to escalate complex issues and provide timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Document user inquiries and resolutions and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and user guides to facilitate selfservice support and improve overall user experience.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices and participate in training and skill development activities to enhance technical knowledge and proficiency in providing user suppor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active TopSecret Clearance
- Active IAT II certification
- 3 years of experience providing technical assistance to computer users
- Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline (preferred)

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $66560 $66560. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
