Truss a fastgrowing YCbacked fintech startup is revolutionizing the construction industry with its allinone banking and payment automation platform. By integrating with existing tools Truss eliminates manual data entry and streamlines the full billing cycle saving time and boosting efficiency. The highenergy inperson team is based in San Francisco and works five days a week to innovate and grow.

About The Role

Truss is hiring a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join its Operations and Leadership teams. This dynamic handson role will support marketing campaigns provide customer support handle administrative tasks and coordinate events. The Coordinator will create content manage Truss online presence assist customers and keep the leadership team on track while growing with a fastpaced startup.

This is an inperson role in San Francisco requiring you to be in the office 5 days a week. Equity and the chance to build your career are offered as Truss scales. Truss is looking for someone driven and ready to fully commit to the grindperfect for an ambitious gogetter eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns including influencer partnerships and industry collaborations.

  • Create bold creative social media posts to engage and grow the audience.

  • Provide topnotch customer support troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries.

  • Update customerfacing resources like help center articles and FAQs.

  • Manage travel plans and calendars for the leadership team.

  • Coordinate conference logistics and event planning.

  • Write compelling copy for the website blogs and newsletters.

  • Design eyecatching digital content (e.g. infographics videos banners) for marketing and sales.

  • Research influencers and partnership opportunities.

  • Run a crosschannel social media calendar with tailored content.

  • Attend conferences.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Experience in customer support marketing or administrative roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Solid grasp of digital marketing and social media management.

  • Eye for design with experience using tools like Canva Sketch or Photoshop.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with support tools (e.g. Intercom) or content management systems.

  • Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced inperson environment.
