Were looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/x) to drive our expansion in the Belgian market. In this role youll identify develop and close new business opportunities selling intelligent meeting room solutions UC technologies and collaboration tools to enterprise clients. If youre a hunter who loves the world of Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration this is your chance to make an impact.

  • Hunt for new opportunities identify and engage with potential clients building relationships with key decisionmakers
  • Develop a winning sales strategy drive new business growth and expand our market presence in Belgium
  • Sell innovative solutions promote and sell intelligent meeting room solutions UC platforms (Microsoft Teams Zoom etc. and other collaboration technologies
  • Work crossfunctionally collaborate with technical presales and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions that address customer needs
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing
  • Stay ahead of the game keep up with market trends competition and emerging technologies in UC and collaboration
  • Deliver results exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • A proven hunter in B2B sales with a strong track record in UC intelligent meeting rooms AV solutions or collaboration technologies
  • Experience in business development sales or account management within the IT telecom or technology sector
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft compelling tailored solutions
  • The ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers
  • A selfmotivated goaldriven mindset thriving in a fastpaced sales environment
  • Fluency in Dutch French and English (essential for the Belgian market)
  • A strong network within enterprise and midmarket companies in Belgium is a plus
